HAL donates 2 ambulances for Covid handling

Bengaluru: 20% beds in Covid Care Centres in Bengaluru are still vacant, there are 939 unoccupied beds in the city says Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. there are 11 Covid Care centres in Bengaluru alone and 20% beds are still vacant he said. He was speaking to the media persons in HAL on Thursday. Responding to the queries of journalists, Dr Sudhakar said that Karnataka has seen a spike in recovery rate in last 1 week and the Government will continue to enhance its efforts to contain the pandemic.

Minister Visits HAL CCC
Dr.Sudhakar visited HAL covid care Centre in old airport road and handed over two ambulances to Bowring and lady Curzon hospital donated by HAL. He applauded the efforts of HAL in fight against Covid. Responding to the queries the Minister said that few districts have received heavy rains and the government is taking all measures to tackle the situation besides fighting Covid. He also advised tat the persons with ILI symptoms to compulsory get tested.
