Scope of Service:
1. Preliminary Discussion with Client to understand their Requirements.
2. Preparation of Provisional Electrical Drawings and Load sheet based on the
requirement of a particular Project.
3. Preparing Main schematic diagrams (sizing of Transformers, DG, UPS, etc…) and the DBR.
4. Bill of quantities and Estimation Based on the Present Market Rates.
5. Preparing Final drawings as per Client’s Requirement, furnishing details such as Lighting layouts, Power layouts (Both UPS & Raw Power), Data raceway layouts, Cable tray layouts, Lighting and Power DB Schematics, External Lighting layouts, Earthing layouts, HT and Transformer yard layouts, DG room layouts, Electrical/UPS room layouts, sectional details and elevation details if any, Co-Ordination Ceiling layouts of all the systems including Fire Alarm detectors, Public Address speakers, AC ducts etc..
6. Preparing the Cable Schedule for both HT and LT Cables.
7. Preparation of Tender documents and issuing the same to Competitive Electrical vendors and to get the quotes.
8. Preparation of Comparative statement of the Quotes, Attending Negotiation Meetings with the Vendors and Suggesting the clients the best out of them in Both Technical and Commercial points.
9. Issuing the Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and Required Details on Basis to Site for execution.
10. Attending Weekly Site Review Meeting and Checking the Progress of the Work at Site and Confirm the Work is going on as per the designs and Drawings issued.
11. Preparing the Snag list at the end of the project and to make sure that Vendor Completes all the minor jobs pending if any.
12. Checking the Quantities and Measurements of the Work Done at Site Physically Against the RA Bills Submitted by the Contractor and Certify the Bills Accordingly.

Chief Consultant Mr. Prasanna Kumar is a M.Tech graduate and having a vast valuable experience about 20 Years in Design & supervision of various Electrical Installations throughout India.
He is having experience in preparation of Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Test Forms, Quality Control Check Lists, Method Statements, Bar Charts, Work Program / Progress Charts & various Formats required for the presentation, Preparation of Specifications, Bill of Quantity, Tender Documents, Tender Drawings, Pre qualification of Contractors, Floating of Tender, Tender evaluation, Preparation of comparative statement of Tender, negotiation with contractors & Awarding of work.
